An engineering team for the last mile.
FYINOVA is a robot engineering company based in Xi'an. We work on the part of automation that is specific to your product: the gripper, the vision, the motion, the integration and the software that keeps it running.
Most robot projects do not fail because the arm is not capable enough. They fail because the part presentation, the lighting, the PLC handshake, the changeover recipe or the maintenance routine was never engineered. That last mile is our entire business.
We are deliberately vendor-neutral. We specify the robot, camera and controller that fit the task, then take responsibility for the integrated result — including the source code and documentation.
Our team combines motion control, machine vision, ROS, industrial software and mechanical design. One team, one acceptance test, one party to call when something does not work.
— / PRINCIPLES
How we work
Accountable for the result
We accept the integrated system, not just our own module. If it does not run at the agreed cycle time, it is not done.
Documentation is part of the product
Source code, interface specs, parameter sets and a runbook are delivered with every project, not on request.
Vendor-neutral by design
We recommend hardware based on the process, the budget and the supply chain — not on a distribution agreement.
Built to be maintained
Systems are designed for the technician who will still be there in three years, not only for the engineer who built it.
— / TEAM
Four disciplines, one team
Motion & control
Trajectory, servo tuning, force control, safety logic.
Vision & perception
Optics, calibration, 2D/3D inspection, robot guidance.
Software & integration
ROS 2, PLC/MES interfaces, HMI, data pipelines.
Mechanical & tooling
Grippers, fixtures, sensing, cable routing, cabinets.
Based in Xi'an, working nationwide
Our engineering team is in Xi'an High-tech Zone. We deliver on-site across China and support remote diagnostics for long-term service contracts.

Tell us where the robot stops working.
Send the robot model, the process and the current blocker. You will get a technical reply — not a sales deck — within one business day.
