Turn robots into
working systems.
FYINOVA is the engineering team behind robot cells that actually run: motion, vision, ROS integration and the software that ties them to your process.
Vendor-neutral · Fixed-scope delivery · Source code handed over
01 / THE GAP
Where robots stop short
Most robot projects do not fail at the hardware. They stall at the last mile between a capable arm and a working process.
The demo works. Production does not.
Cycle time, yield and uptime collapse once real parts, real operators and real shifts arrive.
Three vendors, no owner.
Robot, vision and PLC suppliers each delivered their part. Nobody owns the integrated result.
The original integrator is gone.
The system runs, but documentation, source code and know-how left with the person who built it.
Every variant needs an engineer.
Changeovers depend on manual re-teaching, so the line cannot flex with the order book.
02 / DELIVERY
How we deliver
A fixed five-stage path, with a review gate and a written deliverable at every stage.
-
01
Diagnose
Site visit, process study and a written problem statement. We confirm whether automation is the right answer.
-
02
Design
Concept, cycle-time model, risk list and fixed-scope quotation. Design review before any code is written.
-
03
Build & simulate
Software, vision and tooling developed against a simulator or offline rig, with weekly demos.
-
04
Commission
On-site integration, safety validation, operator training and a signed acceptance test.
-
05
Support
Warranty, spare-parts list and an optional support agreement with defined response times.

Platforms we work with
Vendor-neutral by design. We integrate with the hardware and software you already own.
05 / FAQ
Common questions
What buyers usually ask before the first call.
Do you work with our existing robot brand?
Yes. We are vendor-neutral and regularly work with KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Universal Robots, Doosan and domestic arms. If the controller exposes a usable interface, we can integrate it.
How is a project priced?
After a scoping call and site study we issue a fixed-scope quotation with assumptions and exclusions listed. Hardware is quoted at cost plus a transparent margin. We do not start development on an open-ended day rate.
How long does delivery take?
A single-station vision or motion project typically takes 6–10 weeks from design freeze. Multi-robot or line-level integration usually runs 3–6 months. The schedule is fixed in the quotation.
Who owns the source code and IP?
You do. Unless a pre-existing third-party licence applies, all project-specific source code, models and documentation transfer to the client on final payment.
NEXT STEP
Tell us where the robot stops working.
Send the robot model, the process and the current blocker. You will get a technical reply — not a sales deck — within one business day.
